Upon your arrival at the Dubai Airport, our tour representative will escort you to one of our listed hotels. Check-in at the hotel where you can relax in the comfort room. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure you can spend the whole day relaxing and napping. Later in the evening you will enjoy your time in the Marina Dhow Cruise. A 'Dhow' is a traditional wooden vessel that has been renovated into a floating restaurant that's why it is one of the most popular dinner cruises in Dubai.
Dubai Marina Cruise:
Enjoy your jolly evening and take in a spectacular view of Dubai Marina from the waters as you embark on the traditional Marina Cruise, and see the beauty of Dubai. Cruise along the Dubai Marina and enjoy the stunning scenes of the skyscrapers. Our beautiful wooden cruise ship has an authentic design, and well-equipped with modern or current facilities. An open-air upper deck and a full-window view of the Dubai Marina Cruise another side on the lower-deck will leave you awed throughout the evening. Watch the gratifying views with a Live Tanoura dance show and rich dinner. New food and leisure joints are opening, usually adding the glamour to the Dubai Marina. There is no better way to cover the length of the Dubai Marina, than on a Dhow Cruise. Go through two miles long canal along the Persian Gulf coastline with tremendous views on either side or watch Dubai's marvelous infrastructure that includes The Dubai Marina Mall. On the 2nd Day of the Dubai trip you will head for the Dubai City tour and later in the afternoon, you will enjoy your time in the Desert Safari. Dubai is simply one of the best places to visit in the world.

The Evening Desert Safari grants a thrilling ride over the sand dune, camel ride, and sand boarding. Before stopping at the desert camp to enjoy an Arabian Feast, the Barbecue dinner buffet is served during the Belly dance, Tanoura Dance and Haridi show.
With a delightful breakfast in the hotel begin your day. Later proceed for a sightseeing tour to the Burj Khalifa, world's tallest tower. Get to the observation deck to enjoy the picturesque view of Dubai.

Dubai Travelling Procedure
1- RT PCR TEST with QR Code 48 Hrs. From the time sample taken prior departure from India.

If the test result is positive, you will be required to undergo isolation and follow dubai health authority guidelines.

2. Applicable TCS on the overall package is sole claim & responsibility of Agent To Collect/Comply & Pay To Tax Authorities on behalf of the client and provide/furnish proof of the same in case needed by tax/audit authorities and Travclan holds no role in it.
3. Private Transfers mean not sharing with other guests and are from dedicated point to point drop only. No time change or location change is permitted.
4. Dubai Creek Park Gate fee of 5AED per entry is payable at the time of Dolphin Show (If included in the tour).
5. Combo Tours schedule cannot be changed or altered with.
6. Deviation of Tours/Changes in Transfers Without Approval/Dealings With Driver/Halts in-between the tours are not allowed and immediate penalty/suspensions will be levied on the customer as well as the driver. It is advisable to not have any alterations during the tours and transfers.
7. Standard SIC sharing terms and conditions need to be followed.
8. Please share the active calling number in UAE for the client along with Whatsapp Number. Note that the client must be aware of all T&Cs and factsheet schedule/transfer rules.
9. Any amendments in the dates of travel or number of passengers will attract a re-quote.
10. Check in time at the hotel is after 14:00 hrs and check out is before 12:00 hrs all other requests are subject to availability.
11. Kindly note that driver will wait at the arrivals for a maximum of 120 mints after the flight arrives and a maximum of 10 minutes for Excursion / sightseeing transfers & departure transfers .
12. The maximum dimensions per bag (H + W + L) must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) – 1 piece + 1 Hand luggage in between 2 guests.
IMPORTANT COVID Guidelines while travelling to Dubai
- 48 hrs valid Rt-pcr required while travelling from India
- Rt-pcr required when arriving at Dubai - provided by the airport authorities
- If travelling to Abu Dhabi - no rtpcr is required. However for park access and Hotel stay 14 days valid rt-pcr (rt-pcr conducted in Dubai Required) - and green status at Al Housn App - https://m.alhosnapp.ae/login
- While travelling back to Dubai, no- Rt-pcr is required for fully vaccinated individuals - they need to show their Vaccination certificate. RT-PCR Test with QR Code 48Hrs prior departure from Dubai for Non- vaccinated people.
- Double vaccination is not mandatory to travel
- Only children under the age of 12 and passengers who have moderate or severe disability are exempted from taking a COVID-19 RT PCR test.
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The avance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
